Waseda Economics and Finance Forum (WEFF) is the premier economics and finance organization for international students of Waseda University. 

Founded in April of 2021, WEFF was established by a group of students/friends at Waseda who were passionate about spreading knowledge about finance and economics and finding others who share this passion. Moreover, they wanted to use their experience and connections to help other people achieve their goals and/or help them navigate through the seemingly complex financial realm. Within 4 months of WEFF’s initiation, the organization grew from a group of 5 people to a group of 14 people, all motivated towards one goal – Economics and Finance for Everyone. 

WEFF’s team is divided into four sectors – Public relations (PR), Marketing, Research, and Events. The PR team oversees communicating with all stakeholders; the Marketing team oversees coming up with content and creating publicity materials for our organization; the Research team prepares the reports for our social media content; lastly, the Events team oversees WEFF’s events.
